If you initiated a withdrawal and now dispute it, contact us within 48 hours of initiation. If the withdrawal hasn't processed yet, we can cancel it. If it's already in your wallet, we help you understand the transaction record.

We don't close active accounts without cause. If we detect fraud, regulatory concerns, or terms violations, we notify you in writing within 24 hours and explain the reason. You have 7 days to appeal.

Accounts inactive for 12 months may incur a dormancy fee outlined in our terms. We email you twice—at 11 months and 12 months—before applying any charge. Your balance remains protected.

DANA, OVO, GoPay usually process within 1-4 hours after approval. QRIS moves instantly in most cases. We show the expected window before you confirm. If your withdrawal exceeds the window, we investigate free of charge.

We share only essential data—your name, account ID, transaction amount—with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS to process your transaction. No browsing history or gaming data is shared. All data transfers are encrypted.

Our terms include a dispute resolution process you must follow first. If that doesn't resolve your claim, Indonesian law applies. We recommend contacting our legal team at [email protected] before pursuing further action.

Recovery options are emailed to your registered address. You'll verify your identity using your linked DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. Full access is restored once verification passes. Process takes 24-48 hours.
